A new and different demonstration is happening in Adelaide exploring the sharp things in the kitchen. Noooooo, it’s not another cooking demonstration but one that focuses on everything to do with the kitchen knife.
A chef, a knife sharpening nut and a hostess with the mostess will take you through everything you need to Chop, Slice, Dice, Carve, Julienne, Mirepoix, Baton, Chiffonade, Brunoise, Butterfly, Segment, Bone, Mince, Fillet, Pare, Sharpen, plus more.
The troupe is supported (not sponsored) by Wüsthof so, you won’t have the product forced down your throat.
